Using the Properties window

This topic will help you use the properties window.

Properties

All application objects have their own attributes that describe them. These attributes are known as properties. You can set the value of the writable properties of any object by using the Properties window.

Setting Properties

To set the properties of an object:

  1. Select the object in:

  2. Display the window by using one of the following shorcuts:

    • Press F4

    • Press Alt+Enter

    • Right click the selected item and click Properties in the context menu.

  3. Modify the attribute value using the input controls.
