Discovering The Data Sort Editor

To set a sort clause on the table to be extrated:

1. Select the table in the left side explorer.

2. Select the Sort tab in the right pane.

3. Click the button in the toolbar to insert a new expression.

4. Modify the selected sort expression:

   • Select a column in the list,

   • optionally, check the cescending box.

To remove a column:

1. Click the expression you want to remove.

2. Click the button in the toolbar to remove the selected element.
